The Shams Group’s Galaxy 7.0.0 Earns ONC Health IT Certification from Drummond Group

The Shams Group’s Galaxy 7.0.0 has achieved Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC-Health IT) 2015 Edition Health IT Module Certification via Drummond Group, LLC, an Authorized Certification Body (ACB) and Accredited Test Lab (ATL) within ONC. The stamp of approval signifies that the software is capable of supporting provider’s efforts to meet the goals and objectives of regulatory programs requiring the use of certified EHR technology.
To earn the certification, Galaxy 7.0.0 was tested in accordance with the applicable standards and certification criteria put forth by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Drummond Group also added its own high level of expertise and skill to this process, bringing over 15 years of testing experience along with hundreds of EHR certifications.

“This Health IT Module is 2015 Edition compliant and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.”
Galaxy 7.0.0 requires a software licensing fee. A one-time implementation service fee and recurring monthly maintenance fees (including standard updates and support). Additional servicing fees may be required for data originating in 3rd party systems.
