• Deployed a Mobile Education Training Lab unit utilizing notebooks with mobile monitors to deliver Microsoft Office 365 training across four client health system locations. Training materials included: training schedules, curriculum, course materials, lab materials, quick tip guides, and instructional videos for Word, Excel, Outlook, Web Outlook, Teams, OneNote, and Tasks. These materials were delivered to over 5,000 users. Training was provided in the LAB environment or in a remote LAB setting using Microsoft teams.

• Configured and deployed ezDictation and Transcription Job Listing applications to support both hospital and physician clinics dictations. The solution functioned on DIVA dialogic cards that enabled 32 simultaneous dictations per card with a T1 connection. In addition, TSG provided iOS and Android versions of ezDictate to facilitate dictation via mobile phone, and voice-to-text technology was implemented to enable the transcription of voice files into reports for editors to verify.
