• Deployed a Mobile Education Training Lab unit utilizing notebooks with mobile monitors to deliver Microsoft Office 365 training across four client health system locations. Training materials included: training schedules, curriculum, course materials, lab materials, quick tip guides, and instructional videos for Word, Excel, Outlook, Web Outlook, Teams, OneNote, and Tasks. These materials were delivered to over 5,000 users. Training was provided in the LAB environment or in a remote LAB setting using Microsoft Teams.

• Prepared and circulated an RFP for future EHR selection to multiple EHR vendors. Four top EHR vendors did presentations for client stakeholders, and three shortlisted EHR vendors were further evaluated by an EHR Core Team that visited vendor offices to conduct meetings. Ultimately, the client selected MEDITECH Expanse as its future EHR.
